In cases where an account is closed by dkwine9 due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. dkwine9 will attempt to notify you at your registered contact details before applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applicable, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until either the account is reactivated by the player logging in or the balance reaches zero. The specific dormancy fee amount is communicated to the player at the time the account is classified as dormant.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkwine9 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — in relation to the platform and the services provided. dkwine9 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure basis at all times.

Technical Malfunctions
